3. Creativity
Sometimes when looking for sales, a creative imagination is all you need to put together a killer outfit. If you find a sassy skirt at half off, head to the clearance rack and find an even sassier blouse to go with it.
4. Black
Every woman’s wardrobe needs a pair of black pants and a black skirt. Not only does black go with everything, but black is very slimming.
5. White Blouse
Your wardrobe should also include a simple white blouse. Ironed up nice, a white blouse can dress up a pair of pants, a pair of shorts, or even a skirt.

It’s easy to give yourself a home pedicure. Here are some tips to show off those pretty feet:
Soak your feet in warm water.
Gently use a pumice stone to get rid of dead skin.

Clip your toenails straight across as opposed to rounding them off.
When applying polish, separate your toes using cotton balls.
3. Dry Feet
Cracked, dry feet need extra care. Soak them daily in warm water, then before bed, apply a thick layer of Vaseline or olive oil to your feet. Cover them with baggie, then a pair of socks. Leave the plastic on overnight, or at least an hour or two.
4. Shapely Legs
You can shape your legs by doing simple toning exercises every day. Here are some ideas:
Do squats standing against a wall
Do leg lifts while laying on your back or side
Sit in a chair, and lift your knees one at a time, up toward your head
5. Foot Care
Wash your feet daily, and use powder if you need to. Always wear clean socks, made out of natural fibers if possible.

Corns can be very painful. The best way to get rid of them is to soak your feet daily in warm water for 10 minutes. Then gently soap up your feet, and rub the corns. Do this every night until the corns go away. Never use a razor on corns.

1. Fat Smarts
Body fat percentage is merely the percentage of fat your body contains. If you weigh 150 lbs and your body fat percentage is 10%, it means that you have 15 lbs of fat. An optimum body fat percentage for women is anywhere between 19% and 22%.
2. Posture
Practicing good posture can be important in looking your best. It not only can make you look taller, but thinner as well. Every chance you get, throw those shoulders back and suck that belly in.
3. Eat Right
Make a goal to eat smarter. It’s hard to start a strict diet if you’re not used to eating healthy, so start small. Begin by just cutting back on those unhealthy foods. Don’t just starve yourself. Introduce plenty of new healthier snacks to start replacing your old ones.
4. Exercise
To have that perfect body, exercise is a must. Try to get up and move a little each day. Even if you’re just taking fluffy for a walk around the block, you’re one step closer to a healthier body.

Zinc has been proven great for your nails. Milk and hard boiled eggs are great sources of zinc, so add these to your daily diet. A sign of zinc deficiency is if your nails are spotted with white.

1. Skin Type
It’s important to know what skin type you are. Simply use a tissue and hold it to several areas of your skin on by one. Hold the tissue to your face for 30 seconds. You’ll want the tissue to be just a tiny bit soiled. Anything more or less means dry or oily patches.
2. Lovely Lips
Here are some things that you can do to make those lips lovely:
Apply lip balm several times a day
Use a lip liner to outline your lips
Apply lip gloss after you apply lipstick
3. Go Bananas
Bananas make great skin softener. Simply mash a banana and apply it to your face. Leave it on for about ten minutes. It will make your face feel smooth as satin.
4. Freeze It!
For an instant freshen up, spritz your face with cold water or stand with your head in the freezer for a few moments. This will reduce any redness, and give you the rejuvenation your face needs.
5. Protection
If you’re going out into the sun, make sure and wear protection. You’ll want sun block at least an SPF 15 or above. Apply it everywhere the sun will hit you; and don’t forget your lips and earlobes.
6. Go Glow
Need an instant glow for your night out after a long day? Mix equal amounts of lemon and honey in a bowl and apply it to your face. Leave it on for ten minutes, and then wash it off. Your skin will be glowing, and you’ll look fantastic!
7. Fight Wrinkles
Here are some things that you can do to fight wrinkles:

Be gentle when removing eye makeup
Wear sunglasses when you’re out

8. Tomatoes
If you want to give your face a treat, squash up a tomato and slather it on your face. Tomatoes are rich in antioxidants, and fight ageing effects on the face.
9. Water
Drink plenty of water. You not only need to stay hydrated from the outside, but from the inside as well. You can never drink too much water. Water cools you off, and reduces dehydration. Drink at least ten glasses of water aday.
