Factoring
I’ve talk about best factoring service before. Now I think I should make a simple explanation about factoring and other related words that have connections with factoring. For your information, factoring is the selling of a company’s accounts receivable to a third party in order to obtain financing.
In other words, factoring is financing for companies that have too much cash tied up in their commercial accounts receivable. By factoring, your company can immediately receive cash for factoring receivables instead of waiting 30 to 60 days or more, for your customers to pay.
Over the past 30 years, factoring have found their way into almost all sectors, in large part, because of the ease and flexibility that factoring has to offer. Today, factoring business is a worldwide, billion of dollars business.
